Gone is the norm where you join a company and work for them until you retire. Society now tends to foster the attitude "What's in it for me?" and "What have you done for me lately?" Good on Kent Austin for chancing a return to the scene of his crime. I hope that he has a long and successful relationship with the Roughriders, and that he doesn't get enticed to go somewhere else - this would only serve to re-open the wounds of the past and embitter a province that has again embraced him. May Saskatchewan enjoy the pride of being home to the Grey Cup champions once again, and see Kent honoured as CFL Coach of the Year!
