PATRICIA SUZANNE DETENBECK
(nee Harkins)
Passed away peacefully on January 1st, in her beautiful home in Mississauga. She joins her late husband, William Detenbeck; beloved son, Robert Detenbeck; and son-in-law, Richard Tuttle.
'Choosie's' love, compassion for others, conversation, and 'poignant humour' will be dearly missed by her daughter, Deborah Tuttle; granddaughters, Meghan Hope (Thomas), Jessie Tuttle Shaw (Stephen); grandson, Joshua Tuttle (Erin Dobbelsteyn); and her five beautiful great- grandchildren. She was loved and cared for by her 'angel', Elaine. Thank you also to Shantel for her loving support. Special thanks to Tammy and the wonderful members of the CCAC team. Thank you to Dr. Khana who brought a twinkle to Choosie's eye with his special care.
Suzanne dedicated much of her life to volunteerism and was the recipient of the Lieutenant Governor Generals Award. Her life was filled with laughter, friends and travel. Choosie especially enjoyed her 6:00 martini!
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nellie's Women's Shelter.
