Jeremy Scott Storie
Suddenly, on Sunday February 17th, 2013. Beloved son of Ruth Storie and the late Thomas F. Storie, loved brother of Annie Rivers and her husband Andy, 'Huncle Jeremy' to Kallie & Duncan. A graduate of Crescent School in Toronto and Queens' University in Kingston, Jeremy moved to Vancouver in 1988 where he obtained his teaching degree at UBC. His passions were cycling and working with young people. He was instrumental in introducing development programs for both youth and women's cycling in B. C. & Canada and loved both coaching and riding. We will miss his spirit of adventure, his enthusiasm and his crazy sense of humour. Cremation has taken place. A gathering to remember Jeremy will be held in Toronto in the near future. Donations in Jeremy's memory can be made to dEVo, the Jr. Development program at: www.escapevelocity.bc.ca
