CAMPBELL, James 'Jim' Jack Wilson
Entered into rest at his home in Collingwood, Ontario on the morning of Saturday, February 16, 2013 in his 84th year. Jim is predeceased by his beloved wife, Elizabeth 'Betty'. Jim is lovingly remembered by his children, Colin (Janet), Lorna (Paul), Hazel (David), Jamie (Mary), and Malcolm. Proud grandfather of Karina, Jennifer, Colin, Scott, Ross, Erik, Emma, Molly and Jack. He will be missed by many other relatives and friends. A special thank you to Beryl and Sallyann whose compassionate help we could not have done without. Jim was born in Edinburgh on June 10th, 1928 and joined the British Army, Royal Corps of Transport serving in the Middle Eastern Land Forces (MELF), Cairo from 1946-1948. He was an industry innovator who worked his entire career in transportation until his retirement. A service of remembrance will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home, 82 Pine Street, Collingwood, on Wednesday, February 20th at 11:00 am. Memorial donations may be made to Covenant House, Toronto.
