SAINSBURY, Joan Henri (née Stanley)

Peacefully on Thursday, February 14 in her 91st year. Loving wife of the late Arthur Van Rensselaer (Van) Sainsbury. Beloved sister of the late Alice Maude (Lally) Stanley. Fondly remembered by her children Michael (the late Roxanne), Margot (Pat), Ian, Peter (Susan), David (Sally) and daughter-in-law Robin Young. Grandmother to Greg (Marcia), Cait (Angus), A.J. (Sean) and Andrew Sainsbury, Charlie and Zoe Mills, Katherine, John and Patrick Sainsbury. Great-grandmother of Max Sainsbury and Charlie Harris. Special thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at The Claremont and to Dr. Bruce Topp. At Stan's request a private cremation has taken place.
