David Uren, MD

Died peacefully, with family by his side, after a brief illness.
Beloved husband of Barb for 59 years, loving father of Dawn and Cathy, proud Poppa of Meg and Cam Kilvert, wonderful father-in-law to Ian Kilvert. Predeceased by his brother Jack.
  After serving in the RCAF Dave graduated from Medicine at the University of Toronto in 1952. He was a devoted family physician in Scarborough for 40 years.
  As a life-long learner, his interests and pursuits were diverse. An avid golfer, gardener and sports fan, he maintained his kind, gentle manner, quick wit and warm smile until the end. He led a full life.
  A private family service will be held.
