ARTHURS, Cindy

Died peacefully at Victoria General Hospital on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the age of 70. Sadly missed by her husband Stephen, brother Harry, four children (Robin, Mark, Laurie, Jeffrey), seven grandchildren (Jacob, Charlotte, Kate, Jessica, Nathaniel, Ella and Juliet), and by so many extended family members, friends, students and co-workers. She was a nurse, a therapist, a teacher, and she found true love later in life with Stephen Powell.
