After a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease, Bill passed away suddenly but peacefully, on Friday, January 4, 2013. Beloved husband of Ann for 55 years. Loving father of Kathleen (Barry Stein), Susan (Tom Warchuk) and Janice (Bryan Southern). Proud grandpa of Daniel and Sarah Stein, David and Laura Warchuk, and Adam Southern. Survived by sisters Elaine (and the late Cliff) Tuhten, Maureen Burke and Patricia (Jerry) Fisher, all of B. C. Sadly missed by brothers-in-law Richard (Olive) Macoomb and John (Leona) Macoomb and many nephews and nieces. Special thanks for the wonderful care Bill received at the Newmarket Health Centre, particularly from the staff of 2 South.
  Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 11:00am at TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 524 Davis Drive, Newmarket. Reception to follow. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society - York Region, or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
