Suddenly in New Orleans. Leslie Crate, loving daughter of Joan Crate and dear sister of Sally Goodwin. Remembered also by her Aunts, Sharon and Judy Broughton. Leslie was born and raised in Ottawa and attended Elmwood School followed by Carleton University. She settled in New Orleans in 2005. She will always be remembered for her passion for adventure and scathing wit. A memorial service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, Ottawa at a later date.
