KIMBER, Mary Elizabeth

Born in St. Catharines on June 15, 1932, a daughter of the late Dr. Cecil Gordon and Helen Jean (née McCordick) Shaver, Elizabeth passed away at Meaford Hospital on Thursday, December 20th at the age of 80. Elizabeth was the beloved wife of Dr. Ronald W. Kimber of RR 2, Clarksburg, in the Town of the Blue Mountains, and formerly of London and Owen Sound. She will be remembered as the loving mother of Tim Kimber of Hamilton and Jean and her husband Gregory Howard of Toronto. She was the devoted Grandma of James, David and Matthew Howard, all of Toronto. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating Elizabeth's life will be conducted by the Venerable Stephen Haig at St. George's Anglican Church in Clarksburg on Friday, December 28th at 2 p.m. Family will receive friends in the fellowship hall of the church following the service where they will share refreshments and memories with all. A family service of committal and interment of Elizabeth's ashes will be conducted in St. Catharines at a later date.
