ELIZABETH IRENE RAMSAY Peacefully at Sakura House, Woodstock, on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, Irene Ramsay (nee Edmiston), in her 87th year, passed away after a valiant struggle with cancer. Beloved wife of Thomas Osborne for sixty-one years. Dear mother of Guy and Wendy Ramsay, Jim and Tricia (Ramsay) Wilkins and Veronica Robertson (Ramsay) and friend, Paul Harrison. She will be missed by grandchildren, Chris and Kristen (Wilkins) Carne, Brad Wilkins, Greg and Nicki (Wilkins) Dickson, Matt and Jennifer (Ramsay) Hunter, Cameron Ramsay and Quinn Robertson. Her great grandchildren, Brady and Everett Carne, will miss their 'Grandmama'. The family would like to express their gratitude to CCAC Case Manager Marlene, Saint Elizabeth Nurses Heather and Yvette, Red Cross Care Partners and the Volunteers, Staff and Nurses at Sakura House. A very special thank you to Dr. Jeff Nichols for his kindness and support for Irene, ensuring she was able to live out the remainder of her days comfortably. Family and friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock, on Thursday, 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service to celebrate Irene's life will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 12:00 noon with Rev.
