SNOW, Edwin R. (Ted) F/O, RAFVR
Cradled in the arms of his sons Ian and Jim, surrounded by his daughters Rosemary (Malo) and Judith, daughter-in-law Maude (Cotton), son-in-law Armand Malo, Alice Ofori-Ottah (Jim) and confidant Mona Coxon, Ted passed quietly on December 11, 2012 after a second courageous battle with cancer. He is predeceased by Rita (Lock), wife and partner for 67 years. The Imperial Officers Association of Canada and the Saint George's Society of Toronto played a significant role in his life. Ted spent his final years advocating for his fellow residents, and lobbying government for support to long-term care institutions. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ted's memory may be sent to the LTC Administrator, The Village of Humber Heights, 2245 Lawrence Ave. W., Toronto, ON M9P 3W3. The family will place a memorial appropriate to the comfort of the residents.
