With courage, grace and surrounded by family, on Sunday, November 18th, 2012, at the Toronto General Hospital's Plastic Surgery Unit. An extraordinary man who lived with selfless compassion, devotion and determination to 'reach out and touch' everyone around him. Beloved husband of Judith (nee Baxter), adored father of Andrea, Dan (Christina), Melissa (Sam), and cherished grandfather of Danielle, Zoë and Mia, predeceased by brother Sandy and is survived by his sister-in-law Carol. Loving son, uncle, teacher, mentor and friend to so many. Family and friends will gather at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue), from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 6th. A celebration of Dr. T's life will be held in LEASIDE UNITED CHURCH, 822 Millwood Road, Toronto, on Friday, December 7th, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception at the Church.
