Born Wallasey, England on December 31, 1921, died suddenly at Credit Valley Hospital on November 22, 2012 in the arms of his loving wife Adrienne and daughters Mary and Rachel and in the presence of Dr. K. Menon, who supported us all, and whom Colin liked and trusted. Private family interment. If desired, please send a donation to a charity of your choice in Colin's memory.
