BROWN, Alice Ann
(April 19, 1930 - November 25, 2012)
Peacefully surrounded by her devoted family, Claudia and Stephen, Stephanie, Adam and Renelle, and Michael and Susie. Loving Nunna of Chloe and Alexander Perelgut and Spencer Brown. Alice was the daughter of the late Sebastian Ruscica and Mary Marino. Predeceased by her sisters Anna, Nancy, and brothers, Tom and Frank and the father of her children Richard L. Brown. Survived by her loving sisters Nell Lopresti, Mary McLaren and brother Salvi Ruscica. Alice always enjoyed the company of her many cousins, nephews and nieces. Alice was a kind and wise friend to all she met. She had a voracious interest in politics born out of a passion for fairness. Alice's family extends their deepest gratitude to Ruby Brown (no relation) for her steadfast care of Alice during her last years. Mass will be held Thursday, November 29th at 11am at St. Peter's Church, 830 Bathurst Street, Toronto 416-534-4219. Reception to be held at the Church after the service. Body to be cremated at St. James Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society would be appreciated.
