Passed away on November 10, 2012 peacefully after a lengthy battle with multiple illnesses. Her love and courageous spirit will be dearly missed by family and friends who will hold her in their hearts forever. At her request, there will not be a service. A private family celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Those who wish to honour her memory may make a donation to the Home Hemo Dialysis Unit at Toronto General Hospital.
