TOWNER, Edythe Isobel

On November 11, 2012, Edythe (nee Featherston) passed away peacefully at Isabel and Arthur Meighen Manor in her 96th year. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ed, in 1984. Edythe was the loving mother of Carol and her husband, Alan Todd. She was the cherished grandmother of Cynthia Todd. She will be sadly missed by her 'angels' Nora, Letty, Rosa and Carmelita. The family extends their gratitude to the staff of Isabel and Arthur Meighen Manor who provided such wonderful care to Edythe during the last part of her life. A private graveside service was held where Edythe was laid to rest beside her husband. For those who wish to do so, donations may be made to Edythe's favourite charity, The Salvation Army.
