PACKHAM, Madeleine Rachelle (née Matte), BFA

In her 84th year, Mimi passed away on Saturday October 13 in Toronto after a two- year battle with a brain tumour and breast cancer. Born in Regina, SK., on Sept. 10, 1929, daughter of Gideon and Paula Matte of Ottawa. Beloved wife of James (Jim) McLeod Packham (deceased, 2003). Loving and devoted mother of Christine and Blair, mother-in-law to Eamon Dowd, former mother-in-law to Arlene Bishop, all of Toronto. A graduate of McGill University, Mimi was an accomplished artist with over 50 years experience as a respected and beloved painter. Many thanks for excellent care to Mimi's many recent caregivers.
