TURNBULL, Marguerite Noreen (Marge Ferris)

Born July 24, 1919 in Treherne, Manitoba and passed away on September 20, 2012 in Windsor, Ontario. Predeceased by her husband Charles A Turnbull. Survived by her step daughters Ann Brush (John) of Harrow, Mary Barr (Robert) of London and their families. Dear sister in-law of George B. Turnbull and family of Toronto, and the family of the late J. Russell Turnbull. Survived by her brothers Bob Ferris of Moosehorn, MB, Fred Ferris of Prince George, B. C. and James Ferris of Fort Nelson, B. C. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her sisters Jean Barkwell, Helen Anderson, and brothers Art, Maurice and Thomas. Marguerite was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Central United Church, The Windsor Symphony Volunteer Association and the Volunteer Committee and the Art Gallery of Windsor. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Morris Sutton Funeral Home, 68 Giles Blvd East, 519-254-8633. A private burial will take place at a later date at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to thank the staff of Extendicare Southwood Lakes and Elizabeth for their exceptional care given to Marguerite these past three years.
