Passed away peacefully at East General Hospital with her family at her side in her 96th year. Jean was predeceased by her husband Howard and is survived by her two children John Fallis (Jennifer) and Mary Jones (Ken), her two grand- daughters Katherine (Manny) and Adrienne (Charles) and her two great grandchildren Lilah and William. A graduate of Women's College Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1939, she was a loving caregiver all her life. A brave and beautiful lady, cherished by all who knew and loved her. Thanks to the staff at Retirement Suites by the Lake and the East General Hospital nursing staff on floor 3F for their support, care and kindness. There will be a celebration of Jean's remarkable and full life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be welcomed.
