Peacefully, at home, on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Shirley Wagman for fifty-eight years. Loving father and father-in-law of Errol and Rhona, Robin and Danny Buchbinder, Derek and Kirsty, Richard and Marnie. Adored grandfather 'Sir Ed' of Brandon and Gregory; Zachary, Kelsey and Hugh; Tyler, Dean, Bryce and Tory; Julie, Adam, Evan and Ryan. Brother of the late Chagai Bar Kochba, and brother-in-law of Melvin and Honey Wagman. Thanks to a very special son, Dr. Errol Stern, who went above and beyond. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., Friday, September 21 at 11:45 a.m. Burial at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, 1250 ch. de la Forêt, Outremont. Shiva at his home, 2 Westmount Sq. #18C, on Saturday, from 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday and Monday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. Due to the advent of Yom Kippur, shiva ends on Tuesday, September 25.
