TILLSON, Suzanne (nee Greening)
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Suzanne Tillson, on August 16, 2012, in Bracebridge, ON, following a short illness. She was 80. Artist, mother, mentor, friend, nature-lover. Suzy was born November 12, 1931, in Buffalo New York, but lived most of her life in Canada. She attended Havergal College and the Ontario College of Art, and was married twice, to Ron Hayes of Burlington and Ted Tillson of Tillsonburg. She leaves behind daughters Deborah Cauch (Tony), Rebecca Cragg (Liam) and Tamsen Tillson; and grandchildren Liann Cragg, Sarah Fletcher (Jim), and Kismet Tillson Hunter. A celebration of life will take place at the family cottage in Muskoka at a later date. For more information please contact tamsen@tillson.ca.
