Died suddenly and unexpectedly on Aug 5 in Parksville, BC, at the age of 42. Dearly loved and terribly missed by his wife, Abigail Kinch, his sons Hugo (2 yrs, 11 months) and Rainer (16 months), his parents, Frank and Gayle Fugger, his brother Bob Fugger and family (Lisa, Graham, Hannah, Von and Will), sister Catherine Heath and family (Scott, Abigail and Jorja) and his in-laws, Martin and Miro Kinch. He will be missed as well by his friends and colleagues in Vancouver, Victoria and across the country, at Lion's Gate Hospital, North Vancouver and in the Royal Canadian Navy.
  There will be a celebration of his life on Saturday, Aug 25 at 10 am at the Boal Chapel, First Memorial Funeral Services, 1505 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver, BC. Reception to follow. All are welcome.
