DEUTSCH, Barbara (Weiss)
Passed away in Connecticut on August 7, 2012, after a short battle with cancer. Barbara grew up in Toronto, attended Branksome Hall, Wellesley College and Yale University Law School, where she met and fell in love with her lifelong partner, Professor Jan Deutsch. Beloved sister of Lorraine Batler (Yannif), Athens Greece, and Bill Weiss (Florence), Toronto. Will be missed by her nieces and nephews and will be remembered for her sunny smile, and her love of literature and music. Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
