It is with great sadness the family announces the tragic passing of David on Wednesday June 27th, 2012 at St. Michael's Hospital. David went peacefully surrounded by his loving family. David is survived by his beloved sons Justin and Jarrod, their mother Jo-Anne, sister Carmen, and mother Grace. David is at peace in a wonderful place with his father Paulo, and Brother Marco.
