SMITH, Alexandra Mitchell
Alexandra died suddenly at Toronto, Ontario, on Thursday, July 2nd, 2009 in her 39th year. She was the much loved daughter of Muriel (Eric) and Cameron (Emily), sister of Vanessa (Duncan), and mother of Elizabeth. She endured debilitating mental illness, but in her heart she was a good person, which is what her family, her aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as family friends will remember. Her family wishes especially to thank those in health services who went far out of their way to help her as best they could.
A service in celebration of her life will be held at GIFFEN-MACK ''DANFORTH'' FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 2570 Danforth Avenue (at Main St. subway), on Monday, July 13th, 2009 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Toronto Humane Society and CORE (Centre for Opportunity, Respect and Empowerment).
