Dave gives us a look back at some of the most intriguing stories of the 2008-2009 junior hockey season, including bold rule-changes, records being broken, and Canada’s drive for five at the 2009 World Junior Hockey Championship!

Our Insiders are back to give us one final look at the 08-09 season in the CHL! OHL Insider Jim Cressman looks back on the huge blockbuster trade that sent John Tavares to the London Knights, Rick “the Bear” Wile discusses the titanic battle out west this season between the Vancouver Giants and Calgary Hitmen, and Stephane Leroux looks at the record-breaking, meteoric rise of the Drummondville Voltigeurs.

And finally, we have the Globesports.com Player of the Year! The winner is – Brampton Battalion captain Cody Hodgson! The Canucks 1st-Round pick finished 8th in CHL scoring, 4th in OHL scoring, and lead the World Junior Hockey Championship with 16 points, helping Canada earn its 5th straight gold medal!
