Russia allows record ruble devaluation
MOSCOW — Russia made its biggest ruble devaluation to date against a euro-dollar basket on Wednesday, allowing the currency to weaken for the second time in three days and using a window of opportunity opened by a weak U.S. dollar.
The ruble weakened by 1052 GMT on Wednesday to 32.63 versus the basket from 32.
