Enerjet, a fledgling charter carrier headed by four former WestJet Airlines Ltd. executives, has received its air operators certificate from Transport Canada, clearing the way for takeoff on Sunday.

Calgary-based Enerjet has also received its air operators licence from the Canadian Transportation Agency.
