The head of Stilwell Group, a U.S. activist fund seeking to unseat top management at battered Canadian insurer Kingsway Financial Services Inc., is to meet the company's chairman Saturday to press its case.

Joseph Stilwell said Tuesday he will meet with Kingsway chairman Michael Walsh in Toronto and that he hopes other members of the specialty vehicle and casualty insurer's board of directors also will attend.
