Newfoundland and Labrador's standard of living on rise

OTTAWA — The standard of living in Newfoundland and Labrador is improving faster than anywhere else in the country, and will rise to the national average within five years, a new study predicts. Dale Orr, chief economist at Global Insight Canada, looked at each province's real gross domestic product per person – considered the best measure of standard of living.
