CGI founders cash in

CGI Group Inc.'s founders have cashed in about $126-million worth of stock in the Montreal computer services firm, 30 per cent of their combined holdings, for what the company is calling estate planning purposes. The two are executive chairman Serge Godin and executive vice-chairman André Imbeau, CGI, which bills itself as Canada's largest computer consulting and services firm, said Tuesday.
