Livent trial opens with allegation of ‘large-scale fraud'
TORONTO — Garth Drabinsky and Myron Gottlieb participated in a “large-scale accounting fraud” at Livent Inc. that included manipulating the company's financial statements in every quarter for five years after the company went public in 1993, a Toronto court heard Monday.
