RIM brass redirect millions in profit

Top executives at Research In Motion plan to donate as much as $150-million worth of their stock to charity as they cash in on the dizzying ascent of the BlackBerry maker's shares. On top of the charitable donations, RIM's joint chief executive officers, Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis, and other top managers will boost their bank accounts by selling up to $396-million worth of shares over the next 18 months.
