Hollinger parks jets, mulls sale of Black's Roosevelt papers

An already tough week for Conrad Black is getting worse.On Monday, the bombastic media baron stepped down as chief executive officer of Hollinger International Inc., amid revelations that he and a handful of other top officials received millions of dollars in unauthorized payments from the company. Now, it appears that insult is being added to injury.
