VANCOUVER -- Female executives let their hair down at a gathering in Vancouver, and compare shoes under round tables.It's a novelty they indulge in briefly -- most are surrounded by men in their careers. They mostly stick to the program though, spending their weekend discussing corporate governance, refusing to acknowledge the glass ceiling, let alone whine about it.
