CCGG: Much done, much more remains
When the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance was established a little more than a year ago, the organization represented a new form of shareholder activism. Institutional investors had long pursued issues on an individual basis but the coalition represented the first time they had banded together with the purpose of raising governance standards in Canada.
