Is Bombardier for real yet? Are there foreign funds the high dollar can't hurt?

After sliding from $26 in September, 2000, to a low of less than $3 this March, they had climbed back to around $6 by October. Investors like tough-guy CEO Paul Tellier, who took over in January. But you have to wonder if that gain is too much, too soon.
