Kitchener hangs up on camera phones

KITCHENER, Ont. The City of Kitchener has a hang-up about camera phones.
The city has banned all cellphones, camera personal digital assistants and similar devices from its change rooms and public washrooms.
The new policy stems from privacy concerns. The devices can take a picture secretly while the owner appears to be dialing a phone number or looking up an appointment.
