Let's face it, there's a selfish side to spa going. With some spas boasting a ratio of anywhere from three to five staffers for every guest, if someone wants a random cuddle, there's a line up of cuddlers-at-the-ready. How refreshing then, that the Four Seasons has just introduced a way for spa-goers to give back. For every ''Four Seasons In One'' treatment sold, the spa will plant a tree, working with the Nature Conservancy and their ''Plant a Billion Trees'' effort. Last month, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced a global commitment to plant 10 million trees to mark its 50th birthday.
