Scotiabank is pleased to announce the appointment of Warren Walker to the position of Executive Vice-President, Global Risk Management. Based in Toronto, Mr. Walker is responsible for Scotiabank's global credit risk management.

Mr. Walker joined Scotiabank in 1984 and has held a number of senior positions, and was most recently Executive Vice-President, Electronic Delivery. Prior to that, Mr. Walker was Executive Vice-President, Retail Products and Marketing. During his career with Scotiabank, he has worked in both Toronto and Montreal, in assignments that have included managing the Bank’s largest domestic region and its small and medium-sized enterprise business, as well as various credit responsibilities. He is a graduate of McGill University, and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
