John Chang, Executive Vice-President of TELUS and President of TELUS Client Solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Harrison as Vice President Ontario, Public Sector. To this senior management role, Ken brings over 25 years of solid experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked in several areas of the business including operations, engineering, marketing, business development and sales.
Ken will be responsible for providing all Wide Area Network, Local Area Network and IP Application solutions to the federal government, Ontario provincial government and Ontario-based health care and higher education institutions.
Most recently, Ken was Vice President Sales for TELUS National Systems, formerly Williams Communications Canada. Ken brings a strong and extensive knowledge of the 'solutions business' to the TELUS team - a business in which TELUS Client Solutions continues to grow in Central and Eastern Canada.

In this senior management role, Aziz will be responsible for providing all Wide Area Network, Local Area Network and IP Application solutions to financial institutions across the country.
Most recently, Aziz was Vice President Sales for TELUS Enterprise Solutions. Prior to that, he held senior positions with Information Builders (Canada), Merit Digital Systems and Xerox Canada. Aziz brings over 18 years of professional experience in Sales and Sales Management to the TELUS team. Aziz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University.
John Maduri, Executive Vice-President of TELUS and President of TELUS Business Solutions, is pleased to welcome Phil Soper to the TELUS Team. As Vice-President, Complementary Channels, Phil will be responsible for growing and managing TELUS third-party sales and channel programs targeted at the general business market. Through its channel partners, TELUS will offer its innovative, integrated data, Internet Protocol, voice and wireless solutions to customers across Canada.
Phil, who will be based in Toronto, joins TELUS from Compaq Canada Corp., where he was most recently Director of Sales, British Columbia. He brings with him an impressive background in channel sales, marketing and sales management. Among his achievements, he played a significant role in establishing and growing Compaq's national channel program. Phil holds a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies degree from the University of Western Ontario and completed the Marketing Management program at the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is involved in a number of community activities, including United Way, B.C. Special Olympics and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Canada.
