The Board of Directors of the Canadian Electricity Association (CEA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Karl Smith, as Chair of the Association.
Mr. Smith is President and CEO of FortisAlberta Inc., an electricity distribution company serving more than 460,000 customers in 175 communities across southern and central Alberta.
FortisAlberta is a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of Fortis Inc., the largest investor-owned distribution utility in Canada, serving more than two million gas and electricity customers.
