Perry Miele, Chairman of Beringer Capital, is pleased to announce that Michael Sifton and Josef Prosperi have joined the firm as Managing Partners.

Mr. Sifton has had a distinguished 20-year career in the newspaper publishing business. Most recently, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Media, prior to which he was founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Osprey Media Group. Mr. Sifton served on a number of industry and charitable boards, and is currently serving his third term as Chairman of The Canadian Press. He holds a B.Comm (Honours) from Queen’s University.
