Darren Entwistle, President and CEO of TELUS Corporation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Judy Shuttleworth as Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
Judy will drive the corporate national "people" strategy, aligning human resources and business strategy. She will continue to lead the company's cultural transformation to support TELUS's strategic imperatives. Judy is responsible for providing human resources programs and practices that focus on strategy execution, employee commitment and capability, organization design, performance alignment and change leadership. She will also be responsible for labour relations, recruitment, employee relations, employee reward and development programs, compensation and benefits.
Judy has held various senior management positions at TELUS including Vice President, Labour Relations and Director, Employee Relations. She is a member of the Human Resources Committee of the Conference Board of Canada, the Telco Industrial Relations Committee, the Human Resources Management Association and the Business Council of British Columbia.
