Scotiabank is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank She to the position of Senior Vice-President, Electronic Banking Support Services. In his new position, Mr. She will be responsible for the operational support of the Domestic Bank Call Centres and Electronic Banking.
Mr. She joined Scotiabank in 1980 as a System Security Analyst and worked in Visa Operations before helping to establish the Bank’s Call Centres and Electronic Banking Delivery Channels. Most recently, he was Vice-President of Electronic Banking Support Services. A graduate of Memorial University, Mr. She also holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, and is a member of the Society of Management Accountants (CMA).
