Subsequent to the recent acquisition of A&P Canada, Mr. Pierre H. Lessard, President and Chief Executive Officer of METRO INC., is pleased to announce the following appointments and organizational changes:
Robert Sawyer, formerly Senior Vice-President, Retail, becomes Senior Vice-President, Quebec Division. As such, he will be responsible for the Metro and Super C banners as well as wholesale operations in Quebec. He joined METRO INC. in 1979, and has been entrusted over the years with increasing responsibilities in distribution, merchandising and retail operations.
Robert Sawyer reports to Eric Richer La Flèche.
