Emera Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Andrea Rosen to the Board of Directors.
Ms. Rosen was formerly Vice-Chair of TD Bank Financial Group and President of TD Canada Trust. She brings a wealth of financial and business experience to Emera, earned over a 20-year career in investment banking, commercial banking and business management. She has been named one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada.
Ms. Rosen graduated magna cum laude from Yale University, and also holds a combined L.L.B/M.B.A. from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University. Ms. Rosen is currently a Director of Hiscox Ltd., an international specialist insurer. Her community leadership includes serving as a Director of The National Ballet of Canada, and the University of Toronto Asset Management Corporation.
