Heenan Blaikie LLP is pleased to announce that L. David Roebuck has joined the firm as a partner in the Toronto Litigation Group.
Mr. Roebuck has extensive experience in the areas of securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, real property, professional disciplinary matters, employment and environmental litigation, income tax and fraud. Mr. Roebuck is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). He was a director of The Advocates’ Society, and has been consistently and repeatedly recommended in the 2002 Lexpert Directory for his expertise in corporate/commercial and securities litigation, respectively.
Approximately 30 lawyers practice in the Toronto Litigation Group, which has recognized expertise in complex corporate/commercial disputes as well as civil, regulatory and public law matters. Members of the Group include a Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada and four Fellows of the ACTL.
