The Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) is pleased to announce its 2005 President, G. Randy Roberts, B.Arch., MBA, OAA. Mr. Roberts has served on OAA Council since 2003, most recently as Vice President Statutory Activities (2004) and Vice President External Relations (2003). Mr. Roberts is a member of the Project Management Institute.
During his time on Council, Mr. Roberts has participated on Practice Committee, Complaints Committee, and the Honors and Awards Task Group.
Mr. Roberts is President and CEO of Cansult Hanscomb Projects Inc., a professional project management firm. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University, and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
The Ontario Association of Architects is a self-regulating, self-governing profession under the Architects Act. The Association governs its members and regulates the practice of architecture in Ontario in order that the public interest may be served and protected. As part of its regulatory mandate, the Association delivers a wide range of programs and services to its members and the public.
